Is Life Coaching Therapy?
People seek out life coaching when they wish to more deliberately design their own future. Coaching is used to gain creative perspectives and to develop powerful and productive strategies for improving various parts of their life, including: work, friendship, love, spirituality, self care, etc.
Therapy is most often sought out in order to heal emotional pain, past trauma, dysfunctional behavior, and mental illness. Coaching is not a treatment for any diagnosed conditions.
How Does This Work?
Sessions are carried out over the telephone. This gives you greater scheduling flexibility and allows you the comfort of being able to call from any location you choose (home, office, ...).
